# Release Notes v6.19.0

The v6.19.0 release delivers key enhancements across contractor workflows, case and asset management, sign-up controls, and portal navigation.

## Features & enhancements

### Contractor sign-in

NEW**Location requirements**

Make selecting a location mandatory when contractors sign in.

NEW**Visit details**

Capture the purpose of the visit and comments at sign-in.

### Case & asset management

IMPROVED**Contact selector**

Email addresses now display alongside names, so you can pick the right contact.

IMPROVED**Asset search**

Search by more than asset name when attaching assets to a case.

IMPROVED**Document exports**

Case PDF exports now include attached documents.

### Portal UI & navigation

IMPROVED**Resident Library**

"Documents & Forms" is now "Resident Library" in both the Building Manager and Resident Web portals.

NEW**Media screen sliders**

New options for customising media screen sliders.

NEW**Admin Portal shortcuts**

Click a building name on a user profile to go straight to that building.

## Bug fixes

### Messaging & invoicing

- FIXEDSpecial characters and symbols now display correctly in Broadcast SMS and case emails.
- FIXEDMessages on maintenance requests now send without errors in the Building Manager and Resident apps.
- FIXEDInvoice placeholders now fill in when you send invoices by email.

### Residents & breaches

- FIXEDConverting an investor to a resident no longer activates the account before an invitation is sent.
- FIXEDYou can now add locations under Residents \> Keys.
- FIXEDLogging a breach from a resident's apartment no longer creates duplicate records.
- FIXEDParking breaches now log reliably.

### Admin Portal

- FIXEDThe "Buildings" and "Last Active" columns now sort correctly.
- FIXEDBuilding category names now display correctly.

### Work Orders, assets & exports

- FIXEDMobile numbers now display in the correct format on Work Orders.
- FIXEDWork Order Template settings now save correctly with the SP field.
- FIXEDCase PDF exports include contractor details again.
- FIXEDDrag-and-drop ordering works again in Asset Categories.
- FIXEDShift log entries now save the author's name.
