Release Notes v6.20.0

This release makes the Voting Panel more flexible, adds a new Documents template and transparent background to the Media Screen, alongside behind-the-scenes work for mobile offline support and fixes for Cases, Calendar, Assets, Contractors and Media Screen templates.

The "Beta" tag has been removed from Inventory.

The Media Screen background is now transparent instead of white, so it blends better with your display.

13 fixes across the platform

Voting Panel
✓The Voting Panel description now scrolls properly when a poll is first created from a Case.
✓The Voting Panel no longer shows "Get started" for Cases that already have a poll.
✓Quote images and attachments uploaded by contractors now show correctly in voting options in the BM Portal and Resident Portal.
Cases & Maintenance Requests
✓Photos you delete no longer come back when you edit a Case that was converted from a Maintenance Request.
✓Clicking outside the settings (cog icon) popup now closes it on Cases, Work Orders Sent and Maintenance Requests.
✓The Area label no longer shows apartment details twice.
✓Shift Log updates now keep apartment and resident details when no priority is selected.
Calendar
✓Fixed a typo in Maintenance Events.
✓Fixed a display issue in the Calendar.
Media Screen
✓Media Screen templates show the full layout again.
Assets, Contractors & Reports
✓Fixed an issue where Assets wrongly opened the Archived view.
✓Building Managers can only create Contractors if they have permission to.
✓Fixed an error in the Resident Usage Report.
